By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms. 📅 Appointments & Bookings • Booking Ahead: We highly recommend scheduling your appointments in advance to secure your preferred time and technician. • Walk-Ins: Walk-ins are always welcome and will be accommodated based on daily availability. ⏰ Arrival & Lateness • Arrive Early: Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled Head Spa or Nail appointment. This allows you time to check in, unwind, and choose your polish colors or treatment preferences. • Late Policy: We offer a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying our next guest. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows We value your time and ask that you respect ours. Because we do not require a card on file to secure your booking, we rely on your communication to keep our salon running smoothly. • 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer the slot to another client. • Repeat No-Shows: Clients who repeatedly miss or cancel appointments without notice may be restricted to walk-in availability only or required to pre-pay for future services. 💆 Head Spa Specifics • Hair & Scalp Condition: For the best and safest Head Spa experience, please let your technician know if you have recent hair extensions, severe scalp conditions, or have colored your hair within the last 48 hours. • Relaxation Zone: Our Head Spa is a quiet sanctuary. We kindly ask that you keep conversations to a soft whisper and set all mobile devices to silent. 👶 Children & Extra Guests • Service Environment: To maintain a serene environment and for the safety of young children around specialized equipment, unattended children are not permitted in the salon. • Guests: Please limit extra companions to those also receiving services, as our seating space is limited. 🛡️ Service Guarantee & Refunds • Our Guarantee: We want you to love your results! If your gel polish chips or an enhancement breaks within 5 days of your service, please call us for a complimentary fix. • Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on any completed services. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know before you leave the salon so we can make it right. 💳 Payment & Gratuities • Accepted Payments: We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay. • Gratuities: Tips are never expected but always deeply appreciated. Gratuities can be left via cash or added to your card at checkout.
